Legends and Heroes Tour to Honor Justin Buckelew at Glendale Supercross

Houston, TX - January 24, 2018 - The Legend and Heroes Tour traveling moto museum is pleased to announce that they will honor former Supercross and Motocross competitor Justin Buckelew this Saturday night at round four of the Monster Energy Supercross series in Glendale, Arizona.


The Tour stands behind the belief that “We Don’t Leave History Behind” and has kept the founding fathers, and mothers, pure in their thoughts by honoring the men and women that shaped supercross and motocross into what it is today. Each honoree receives a special commemorative plaque and a Rockwell timepiece during a special podium presentation on the stadium floor before opening ceremonies.


About Justin Buckelew:

The Albuquerque, New Mexico native was one of the top up and coming amateur racers of the 1990s. The talented athlete scored numerous championships during his highly touted amateur career. Among them were four championships at Loretta Lynn’s, 12 championships at Ponca City, 14 championships at World Mini, and 15 GNC Lake Whitney championships. He was also the Golden State Series Champion, a Mammoth Mountain winner, and the Mini O’s Bronze Boot winner.


As a professional racer, Buckelew scored multiple AMA Arenacross wins, four AMA Supercross podiums, won the 125SX West class in the 2001 San Diego Supercross and was the Prince of Bercy in 2000.


Today, Buckelew runs a successful coaching business in Arizona where he trains the star of tomorrow. His riders have won more than 20 CMC Copperstate Championships, 11 Amateur National Motocross championships, and 7 WORCS championships.
