Erik Kehoe

LEGENDS AND HEROES HONOREE - ANAHEIM 2 SUPERCROSS 2019


Erik Kehoe has been a part of professional motocross for more than 30 years. As a mini-cycle and amateur racer, Kehoe was one of the top contenders for amateur national titles. He is a former factory motocross racer in the 1980s and ‘90s, initially with Team Yamaha and later with Team Suzuki. It was his time with Suzuki that he achieved the most success as a 125 specialist. He won 7 AMA National outdoors events between 1985 and 1988. Following his success at Suzuki, Kehoe went on to race for the Honda of Troy team and eventually transitioned into a team manager role with the team. He would go on to manage the HRC Honda Factory team from 2002 through 2012. It was at that time that the team won championships with Ricky Carmichael. After a break from the industry, Kehoe returned to manage the HRC Honda team again in 2018, a position he currently holds.
